    Our client is looking to add qualified sales managers to recruit and grow potential customers who can benefit from the company’s products and services. This is a great opportunity with a fast-growing software company looking to expand the team. Their products have several USPs and are targeted at hot markets including digital workspaces, application performance monitoring, and infrastructure monitoring.

    The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of software sales processes, excel at researching leads and establishing a great rapport with prospective clients. You will be expected to unearth opportunities using cold calls, email blasts, through partner channels, etc. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase the offerings in a compelling way.

    Objectives

    • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them to create actionable next steps, leading to sales closure.
    • Identify best practices to refine the company’s sales playbook.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize SalesForce, ZoomInfo and other tools for prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Identify prospect's needs and map them to the company’s products.
    • Establish a great rapport with prospects and convert leads to sales opportunities.
    • Oversee and manage customer POCs.
    • Map prospect organizations and get buy-in at multiple levels.
    • Provide compelling quotes and close accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • 3+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
    • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
    • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
    • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
    • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software.
    • Prior experience as a sales rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Experience with Citrix, VMware, and cloud/digital workspaces technologies a plus.
    • Experience selling APM solutions is a plus.
