Our client is an enterprise intelligence company that helps organizations make data-informed decisions.

Seeking to hire an engineering lead to support with hiring and leading team of engineers.

Must have at least seven years of experience, with two of them in a team lead / team builder capacity.

While this role needs to be a blend of individual contributor and leader at first, we're looking for someone who wants to grow towards the management track.

This is a Javascript shop, and we would hope you have some exposure to node.js.  If not, then you must be superman strong in Javascript.

Other things that are on the "must have" list include:

• STEM degree (or equivalent in practical experience)
• Deep knowledge of AWS
• Extreme accountability
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a distributed team, both leading and collaborating
