    Job Description

    Our startup client is ready to hire an internal recruiter to support their rapid growth.  This person MUST have experience recruiting all over the country, as well as internationally.

    This role is virtual, and will be responsible for the following:

    • Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close with direct ownership for the growth of the entire team.
    • Help to build processes and implement best practices across the country
    • Continue to hold the hiring bar high.  Will serve as a talent consultant to both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Help us improve and scale the candidate experience.
    • Meet with teams regularly to understand priority roles, desired competencies, team culture, position profile, and other key success factors.
    • Consistently measure and track all aspects of the recruiting funnel and effectively report to leadership.

    This is part of a team, but will have autonomy in this role.

    MUST HAVES:

    • RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE. 5+ years in an in-house sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role.
    • TECHNICAL RECRUITING ABILITY. Comfortable hiring technical roles. Proven ability to source AND effectively communicate with candidates who are programmers, designers, and product managers.
    • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.... and interpersonal skills, especially listening.
    • ADAPTABLE...can move from small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
