    We're looking for a marketing leader that is a player-coach, who can start as an individual contributor and then build, develop and manage a team of marketers that executes our client's digital strategy.

    This Marketing VP will be responsible for running and optimizing cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs, with the objective of growing customer acquisition, ensuring that our website is optimized to drive conversion, and creating integrated campaigns.

    Owning the marketing operations and our paid performance strategy, you'll build out our customer journey mapping - ensuring that our digital programs are supportive of our goals. Your team will craft global performance-based integrated campaigns that will drive key acquisition, engagement, and pipeline goals.

    • Hands-on leader who defines the strategy for global campaigns
    • Turn our website into a solid inbound engine for our marketing funnel through website design, content, and digital campaign
    • Own marketing operations and our paid performance strategy
    • Define our buyer journey for our digital outreach and website
    • Build our customer journey mapping and ensure that our digital program supports this

    Required Qualifications | An Ideal Candidate will be able to:

    • Execute while we scale. As traction permits, build a high-performing team of lifecycle and digital marketers to develop and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy.
    • Establish our digital strategy to become a prominent growth lever and drive our inbound motion.
    • Foster an environment for experimentation and data-driven marketing.
    • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnels at the right time.
    • Establish measurement frameworks in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics that capture the impact of our programs.

    You will have:

    • 7+ years of experience developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver on the key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
    • CRM experience (ideally HubSpot) and deep understanding of complex multi-channel customer lifecycle.
    • A data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and analytical skills and thinking in terms of how your impact the bottom line of the business.
    • Experience driving engagement and conversion through targeting, creativity, and different channel tests to deliver programs at scale.
    • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
    • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
    • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
    • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
    • Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.
