Our client is hiring a securities litigation associate to join either of our Bay Area (San Francisco or Silicon Valley) or New York offices.

Applicants should have at least three (3+) years of relevant experience.

Superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are a must.

CA or NY bar membership preferred.
