LaMettry's Collision is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 10 convenient metro locations. We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative at our Eden Prairie location. Additional locations may be available. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, communicate clearly, and have a desire to provide Excellent Customer Service. Responsibilities include: * Greet customers in person and over the phone * Schedule repair appointments and rental cars * Gather contact, insurance, and repair information to create customer packets in computer system * Collect signatures and payments at the beginning and end of repair * Scan insurance paperwork, payments, and invoices into computer system * Order and maintain office supplies * Office upkeep and organization * General office duties and support Computer knowledge is necessary.
