About the Role:
The Corporate Communication & Investor Relations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role (currently 3 days per week in office) located in Boston, MA. The Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for investor targeting and outreach as well as developing relationships with the investor community including investment banks, institutional investors, analysts, fund managers, family offices and other investor audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of corporate communications and investor relations programs on behalf of our health and science clients. These programs include investor targeting and outreach, messaging and investor visibility using our agency’s trademarked methodology, LHS Immersion®, quarterly results, conference participation, and corporate presentations based on our trademarked methodology, The LHS Fifteen-Slide Presentation®. The successful candidate will also participate in the new business process and the development of investor relations focused marketing materials.
Requirements:
Strong understanding and prior experience working in investor relations, marketing, and the business of health and science
Established relationships with health and science investor audiences
Understanding of key investor and partnering meetings
Demonstrated ability to understand current financing environments, analyze story stocks, financial data and provide insights to the LHS leadership team
Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for health and science innovation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Science, Marketing, or Business
Must live in Boston, MA
