    Responsibilities:

    · Performs PT evaluations, creates treatment plans, and performs re-evaluations in line with the referring physicians’ recommendations.

    · Provides high-quality services that help patients improve mobility, ease pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

    · Documents all relevant information, including but not limited to evaluative findings, treatments, and assessment of patient response to treatment plan.

    · Supervises the technicians or aides throughout the entire plan of care to ensure quality within their scope of practice.

    · Occasionally assist with marketing presentations to those seeking care.

    · Communicates regularly with the Lab Fit administrator to maximize successful patient treatment outcomes.

    · Provides excellent customer service through high-level engagement with all customers, families, and staff members.

    · Educates patients on injury prevention, consistency, rehabilitation, and the key components to longevity upon completion of the plan of care.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience

    · Degree from an accredited university physical therapy program. Additional certification specialties are a plus.

    · Georgia State License granted by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy.

    · Two or more years of experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.

    Skills and Abilities

    · Initiative – as the sole physical therapist on staff, must be a self-starter with a high degree of discipline and accountability.

    · Problem solving - knowledge of how to create and carry out treatment plans as prescribed by referring physicians.

    · Proficient with documentation of care and notes for patient charts.

    · Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    · Sincere and welcoming towards patient families and caregivers.
