Job Description

• Perform various aspects of lab operation activities including instrument preventive maintenance, calibration and qualification; sample management, sample storage shipping logistics; freezer chamber management; lab safety and lab tidiness.
• Closely track multiple lab operation activities in an organized and timely manner to ensure excellent execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external service teams, service providers, Quality, and scientists to ensure lab operation activities are followed through and completed well.
• Work in a cross-functional customer focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.
• Experience with a minimum of two of the following techniques is required ELISA, FRET, qPCR, cell culture and aseptic technique, cell-based potency assays, flow cytometry or plate based biochemical assays impurity, HCP.
• Experience of working in a cGMP environment is required.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook is preferred.
• Ability to work and drive lab operation activities with limited guidance to plan and execute.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., weekend work might be expected. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
