  • Responsibilities

    DBI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Planner to join our client in Seattle or San Francisco.  The Lab Planner will work closely with architects, engineers, and scientists to design and plan laboratories and research facilities that meet the needs of clients and users.

    Requirements 

    • 3-5 years of experience in laboratory planning, design, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory planning principles, codes, and standards
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture, engineering, interior design, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
    • Experience with laboratory equipment and furniture selection
    • Familiarity with laboratory safety and regulatory requirements
    • Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences markets
  • Compensation
    $110,000 per year
