About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm laboratory appointments for patients in a timely manner.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure accurate and efficient lab testing.

Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding lab procedures and results.

Assist in managing laboratory inventory and supplies.

Respond to inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.

Utilize scheduling software to optimize lab operations and patient flow.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare preferred.

Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using EMR

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.

Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures is advantageous.
