Our client is seeking a skilled LabVIEW Specialist for a short-term contract to support the development, testing, and debugging of a LabVIEW application used to control and interact with a test fixture. The software architecture has been defined, and the goal is to finalize the application and verify its functionality in a test environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and implement LabVIEW-based software for a custom test fixture
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the application to ensure proper function and reliability
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align on technical requirements and implementation details
• Provide limited onsite support as needed to interface with hardware during testing and validation
• Deliver a fully functional and verified LabVIEW program as the final project deliverable

Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering discipline preferred
• Proven experience with LabVIEW programming (LabVIEW Certified Developer preferred)
• Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and test automation
• Ability to work independently and deliver on a defined timeline
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Availability to be onsite as needed to work with physical test fixtures

• Hourly range: $60 - $85/hr.
