    Job Overview

    As a Label Coordinator at CyCan Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all product labels accurately represent CyCan's offerings while maintaining efficient label production processes. This intermediate-level position requires a high level of organization, computer skills, and independent work. You will develop new labels, review existing ones for updates, and incorporate necessary changes. Your role involves close collaboration with regulatory, production, customer service, technical, and sales teams to ensure labels meet industry standards and customer requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop new labels and review existing labels for updates, incorporating necessary changes and obtaining required information such as order and product numbers.
    • Communicate with customers to create product labels that meet their needs.
    • Act as a liaison with printing companies, customer service, technical teams, and sales departments.
    • Oversee all aspects of label creation, review, and implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with regulatory and production teams to ensure labels meet industry standards and customer requirements.
    • Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of product labels.
    • Take product photos and develop in-house graphics.
    • Maintain a high level of organization and computer skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent.

    • At least 5 years of experience in product designs.

    • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

    • Strong knowledge of design software.

    • High level of organization and computer skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.

    • Prior experience in label creation and management is preferred.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

    Working Conditions:
