About the Role:

Join Beavertown Block Co. as a Manufacturing Plant Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team. We are dedicated to producing high-quality concrete products in a fast-paced environment, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing machinery. - This is a 2nd shift position!!

Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.

Load and unload materials and products as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to run a forklift is a plus

Previous experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive roles is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
