Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, safe care throughout labor & delivery

• Perform assessments, collaborate on treatment plans, and manage discharges

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Mentor junior staff and support team-based care

Requirements:

• Active Texas or compact RN license

• BSN required

• 3+ years acute care experience, including 1.5+ years in L&D

• Full-time availability for night shifts

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Updated resume with full work history

Preferred:

• Women’s health or extended OB service experience
