Compensation:$89,000-$130,000

Key Responsibilities You Will Own:
Deliver safe, high-quality, comprehensive nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process.
Conduct detailed patient assessments and collaborate closely with physicians on treatment planning.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain precise medical records in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate discharge planning and provide essential patient and family education.
What We Need to See (Must-Haves):
Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas or a multi-state compact license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience, with at least 1.5 years in Labor & Delivery.
Exceptional communication, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience: Extended Women's Health Services RN experience.
