Job Description
The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an Illinois bar admitted employment litigation associate with, ideally, 2-3 years of law firm experience. Any experience with wage & hour law is preferred. Attorneys who have commercial litigation or civil rights experience, but want to transition to employment law, will be considered. This attorney’s experience should include taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; handling all aspects of discovery; and developing litigation/case strategy. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-respected and growing labor & employment law practice group.
