    Are you a Labor & Employment Associate with 4–6 Years of Experience in New York or Los Angeles? 

    A top-tier, prestigious law firm is seeking a Labor Management Relations Associate to join its nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice. The position is available in Los Angeles (as well as New York). The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and substantial management-side traditional labor experience gained in a private sector law firm environment.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Researching, analyzing, and preparing client-facing guidance on matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)

    • Handling NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, including:

      • Representation petitions

      • Unfair labor practice (ULP) matters

      • Labor arbitration proceedings

    • Advising employers through union organizing efforts, including union campaigns and election oversight

    • Negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and counseling clients on contract administration and related labor strategy

    • Providing labor and employment support in corporate transactions, including diligence and deal-side labor considerations

    Qualifications:

    • 4–6 years of experience (Class of 2019–2021) in traditional labor matters

    • Proven management-side representation experience in a law firm setting

    • Admitted to practice in California or New York
