    Our client, a leading Am Law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Counsel or Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in Palo Alto, California. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with elite clients on complex labor and employment matters with both national and international scope.

    Position Highlights:

    • Title: Labor & Employment Counsel / Senior Associate

    • Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

    • Seniority: Senior Associate (Class of 2014–2019) or Counsel (Class of 2016 and above)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients on strategic workforce management, including executive hiring, terminations, and restructurings.

    • Provide labor and employment counsel for domestic and cross-border transactions.

    • Guide clients on workplace compliance, internal investigations, and labor relations issues.

    • Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements such as executive contracts, non-competes, and collective bargaining agreements.

    • Represent clients in employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and labor arbitrations.

    Qualifications:

    • JD from a top-tier, ABA-accredited law school.

    • Strong academic and professional credentials.

    • 5–10 years of experience in labor & employment law, ideally from an Am Law 100 or other top-ranked firm.

    • Licensed to practice in California or willing to relocate and obtain CA licensure.
