Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide High Level Customer Service to all Clients and Participating Members, assists COO with handlings of the Division, works directly with all Fund Staff, Ensure the quality of the product we provide to our customers, and manage the day to day with your team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Run Implementations of new clients and annual carrier/plan changes
· Work to streamline implementation process to provide the best client and member experience
· Meet with clients on a needed basis
· Help client with new issues and finding out of the box solutions
· Work with client staff and senior leadership on all needs
· Disseminate information to team, provide cross team training on new groups
· Attend Team/Division Meetings
· Projects that assist in the Growth of the Company
· Attend/Present at Retiree Meetings
· Design, Prepare, and Coordinate Member Communications
· Prepare mailings for communications to members regarding changes, updates, opting out, meetings, informational, etc.
· Structure virtual kick-off presentations
· Lead designated projects
LICENSING & QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
· Life and Health License
· AHIP Training and Certificate
· 2-3 Years Management Experience in Healthcare
