Administrative Assistant/Account Coordinator

Our West Los Angeles office is a seeking an Administrative Assistant/Account Coordinator: Medical- Legal to join our innovative and growth-minded team. Hiring priority will be given to applicants with Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) experience, however, we are also willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation. - First line of contact for phone calls, schedule meetings and support client request. - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. - Set up and complete claims such as Independent Medical Evaluations, Labor Market Surveys, Depositions and other products. - Provide information by answering questions and requests from clients. - Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. - Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. - Makes travel arrangements for clients such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. - Assist managers organize promotional events for the business. - Assist managers in creating and sending email newsletters to our clients. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates. - Be available for daily calls - Light bookkeeping With the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and to serve as an instrumental contributor to the growth of the company, there is room for advancement and professional growth.
