  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Labor Management Data Entry & Migration: Accurately transfer employee, information from existing community master schedule spreadsheets into the new scheduling software.
    • Labor Management Data Validation: Review data entries for accuracy (e.g., names, departments, job titles, master schedule).
    • Scheduling System Support: Assist in setting up initial community profiles.
    • Scheduling/supporting team training as needed.
    • Communication: Coordinate with Operations Specialist to resolve data discrepancies and verify scheduling input is complete by the deadlines.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Level of Formal Education: Completion or pursuing a degree.

    Area of Study: Business, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field.

    Type of Experience: Senior Living preferred by not required.

    Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Information Systems: Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
