Labor Panes franchisees have an incredible opportunity to own and build a business that provides exceptional exterior cleaning services to their customers. As a business owner with Labor Panes you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, recruiting and training new employees, performing job quotes, executing marketing plans, and managing company budgets and financials. The Labor Panes franchisee support office provides weekly coaching to all franchisees to help identify and understand business trends that can lead to success. Franchisees also participate in quarterly planning meetings and two company retreats each year with other franchisees. This franchise opportunity is available in multiple states with minimal financial start-up costs for a leader who is ready to build a business!

• Start and manage all aspects of the franchise business in a new location
• Lead and manage all exterior cleaning operations
• Execute strategic marketing plan to grow the business through inbound and outbound leads
• Recruit and train new Labor Panes employees to expand business capacity
• Maintain all equipment including trucks, pressure washers, and other supplies needed
• Follow up on sales leads and perform job quotes
• Provide excellent communication and follow-through to all customers
• Manage all schedules and service with Labor Panes CRM
• Participate in weekly franchisee coaching meetings
• Manage payroll and budgets for the business
• Communicate and model the Labor Panes values of camaraderie, hard work, excellent customer service, and servant leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Desire to own a business and assume financial responsibilities
• Previous team leadership experience (ex. sports teams, ministry involvement, campus leadership, summer camp)
• Ability to take initiative and ownership for all areas of the business
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Hand-eye coordination to operate and train exterior cleaning services
• Endurance to work in various weather conditions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to different situations
