    ABOUT:

    Labor Rocket is expanding and looking for a full-time On-site manufacturing recruiter. Candidates must have experience in high volume recruiting. Preference will be given to recruiters who have experience in sourcing candidates in a high volume, manufacturing environment.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth recruiting process
    • Manage requisition load, which may range from 20-30 openings at a given time
    • Responsible for recruiting production level employees
    • Responsible for developing sourcing plans to fill open positions and strategies to create a consistent source of “warm” candidates for certain positions
    • Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources
    • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals
    • Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Boolean searches and other innovative search tools
    • Initiate, organize and participate in job fairs and events.
    • Building and maintaining strong partnership with hiring managers
    • Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to create job descriptions
    • Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews.
    • Advocate for the candidate to ensure overall good communication; prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information, interview schedule and other information as needed
    • Facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws
    • Providing training and coaching on recruiting and selection process
    • Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process, verifying references, prepare offers and issue offer letters

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Full life cycle recruiting experience
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
    • Experience working with an ATS is preferred
    • Knowledge of recruiting techniques; specifically LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to research new recruiting sources as well as conducting complex Boolean searches for sourcing is required
    • A proven track record of partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process is required
    • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work
    • It is required that the successful candidate must be resourceful with strong influencing and communication skills
    • Must have strong skills in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is require
    • 4 year degree in Human Resources or Business strongly preferred
