Labor Rocket has partnered with a tier-one automotive manufacturer, and we are looking for assembly operators who are looking to grow within an organization & start a long-term full-time job.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Working on the assembly line producing transmissions, some duties will include quality inspection and robotic welding. This is an international company that is well known for their company values & excellent quality parts. Experience with metals, assembly, machine operating, packaging, and quality inspection is preferred but not required. GREAT training program that sets you up for success!  

Shifts Available:  

• MORNING SHIFT: Monday – Thursday 5am-430pm 

• NIGHT SHIFT: Wednesday - Saturday 5pm-4:30am  

• SWING SHIFT: Monday & Tuesday 5pm-4:30am then Friday & Saturday 5am-4:30pm

Starting Pay: $17.50 + shift premiums, raises up to $19.00 within the year!

REQUIREMENTS 

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (1+ years’ experience)  

• Must obtain a GED or Highschool Diploma

• Be able to pay high attention to detail  

• Strong Work Ethic

• Must be able to pass drug test & background check 

• Great attendance and attitude!  

• Must submit update copy of resume. 

• Steel toe shoes are a requirement.
