Job Duties:

• Screening lead generated candidates 
• Assisting Account Managers with interviews
• On site tours
• Verifying employment documentation 
• Onboarding Employees
• Willingness to work in a team environment

 Requirements:

• Experience with recruiting in Linkedin, CareerBuilder, Monster and other systems (preferred)
• Looking to thrive in a growing company with lots of room for advancement
• Ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment through demonstrated, proven leadership
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills
• Willing to travel 50% of the time within the Metro Detroit area
• Must feel confident in ability to handle a high volume of positions at one time

Pay Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000/annually
