Job Description
Requirements:
· Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders submitted through our website, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures and timelines.
· Data Entry: Accurately enter order details, including customer information, product selections, quantities, shipping addresses, and payment information into the order management system.
· Order Verification: Conduct order verification activities to ensure that all required information is complete, including order accuracy, customer account verification, and payment validation.
· Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels for timely order fulfillment.
· Order Tracking: Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding order confirmation, shipment tracking numbers, and anticipated delivery dates.
· Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping updates, product information, and any other order-related queries. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
· Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline order processing procedures and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
· Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders. Resolve any order discrepancies, including pricing, product availability, and shipping errors.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all order-related activities, including order changes, cancellations, and returns.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Proven experience as an E-Commerce Admin or in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in using order management systems and related software applications.
· Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
· Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and resolving customer issues.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative and collaborative approach.
· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve order-related issues effectively.
· Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
· Experience with basic Microsoft Excel function
