Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Financial Service Rep $16 HR to join our team! 

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

-High School Diploma; and, 1 - 3 years experience in the financial services, tax, or insurance industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Basic skills using Microsoft Office

-BILINGUAL

-Sales and cold calling experience (preferred)

-Insurance experience (preferred)

Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:

-Knowledge of basic tax laws and laws governing tax preparation.

-Ability to answer general questions related to basic tax laws;

-Communication and Interpersonal skills

-Independent

-Mathematics Skills

-Analytical thinking

-Customer service

-Attention to detail

-Initiative – financial services representatives should have the initiative to close sales and cold call customers to try and establish a business relationship and determine the clients’ needs so that they can recommend the right course of action or products

-Teamwork
