_ A Day in the Life_

1. Computer functions:

2. Requisition entry

3. Result entry

4. Monitor instrument temperatures.

5. Maintain supplies of test reagents and other materials used for specimen testing.

6. Process specimens for send out to reference laboratories

Qualifications

_ What’s Required_

• High School Diploma / GED
• Previous laboratory experience or medical assistant training and/or certification or satisfactory completion of laboratory introductory phlebotomy course
