    We are looking to hire a Laboratory Technician to work at our office located close to SeaTac Airport in Burien, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, great attention to detail as well as and a desire to learn and grow with the company. Project and resource planning skills are a plus. Our company is growing quickly and will need to adapt and plan for growth.

    Duties Include:

    · Runs tests or develop validation tests to meet objectives

    · Reporting

    · Maintain test result files

    · Maintain the laboratory and equipment. Keeps the samples and equipment orderly and clean. Works with outside vendors to maintain equipment calibration, as necessary.

    · Maintain a schedule of standard test activities.

    · Update laboratory capabilities to meet specification and verification needs.

    · Collaborate with Production Supervisor to support production activities.

    · R&D to support new technology and material applications.

    Ideal Qualifications:

    · College experience in Biology or equivalent Sciences

    · Basic-Intermediate Excel Knowledge

    · Ability to work Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment and meet deadlines

    · Pass a background check.

    · 1-5 years of related experience preferred.

    · Solid understanding of various physics principles and measurement of physical phenomenon.

    · Prioritization of tasks; time-management, organized, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

    · Strong analytical ability with close attention to detail

    · Able to navigate several concurrent projects.

    · Experience in reading and understanding technical documents, as well as utilizing Beckman products and analyzers.
