Job Overview:
We're hiring a Laborer to join our commercial landscape construction team. The Laborer will follow the Foreman's directions, ensuring they're done efficiently, safely, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with supervisors about landscape tasks and project updates.
• Perform landscape construction tasks like grading, soil preparation, planting, etc.
• Use power tools and operate equipment.
• Understand basic irrigation systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Read plans and perform installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of landscape experience.
• Proficient in operating landscape equipment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit.
• Knowledge of landscape construction practices.
• Ability to read plans.
• Commitment to safety and policies.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather.
• Occasional weekend or overtime work.
• Physically demanding environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Physical demands require constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Frequently operates machinery and will use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Constantly required to communicate with ability to talk and hear. Job will require constantly working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements. This can include heavy to moderate noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment or machinery, proximity to electrical energy, exposure to tools and machines used in construction industries.
