Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious laborer to assist with moving ladders and providing support during elevated work. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure ladder stability and worker safety on-site. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a strong awareness of safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in moving, setting up, and securing ladders at various work sites

Stand by ladders while in use to provide physical support and safety oversight

Help maintain a safe work area by identifying and reporting potential hazards

Follow safety protocols and site instructions at all times

Perform additional general labor tasks as needed (e.g., material handling, light cleanup)

Requirements:
