    Job Summary
    We are looking for a Landscape Construction Laborer II for our Washington North Division. Work is performed on grade and up on high-rise roof top buildings. **

    Responsibilities and Duties**

    • Assist with installation of commercial landscape construction projects, including grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, concrete, pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape features

    • Operate hand tools and power equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws) safely and efficiently

    • Read and interpret site plans and project layouts under the direction of a Foreman or Lead

    • Support job site layout, material staging, and task planning to ensure efficient work flow

    • Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule and according to quality standards

    • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

    • Follow company and OSHA safety protocols at all times, including proper PPE use

    • Communicate any site issues, delays, or material needs to the Foreman promptly

    • Take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision and assist in training Laborer I team members

    • Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 3 years' experience in Landscape Construction, preferably in commercial landscapes.
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Experience installing Pedestal Pavers on high-rise buildings a plus
    • Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as Mini-Excavator, Bobcat, Skid-Steer, Loader, etc. a plus
