About the Role:

1st Precision Grading LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Laborer/Operator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality grading and site work on exciting construction projects. Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, and grading machinery

Perform site preparation, rough and finish grading, excavation, and land clearing tasks

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites

Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate site work

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations

Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed throughout the project

Requirements:

Prior experience in grading, excavation, site work, or general construction preferred

Ability to operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn under supervision

Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

Ability to work in hot desert climates and demanding job site environments

Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must

Ability to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team

Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a plus
