About the Role:

Join R & D Excavating LLC as a Laborer specializing in concrete blocks! This exciting position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to various construction projects in American Fork, UT. Be a part of a team that values hard work and dedication. Part time position 2 shifts available. 6am to 12pm, 12pm to 6 pm. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the making of precast concrete blocks.

Prepare and clean yard to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in construction tasks.

Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality workmanship.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Team player with good communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
