Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laborer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment with varying job durations and locations throughout the Midwest. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dependable, and committed to maintaining the high-quality standards FIS is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and removal of ATMs, vaults, and safes

Perform concrete mixing, forming, and finishing for structural installation projects

Install and service pneumatic tubing lane systems

Support welding and custom fabrication on job sites as needed

Load, transport, and rig heavy equipment safely

Ensure job site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards

Travel frequently across the Midwest with potential overnight stays (per diem provided)

Communicate effectively with team leads and clients onsite

Requirements:

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting

Willingness to travel regularly and work extended hours as needed

Mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, rigging, or technical installation is a plus

Welding or concrete experience preferred but not required

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Proven experience in a skilled labor role with a strong track record of reliability and high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as needed, with a clean driving record.

· Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

· Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage time effectively and balance various tasks.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to changing work conditions.

· Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour, with opportunity for overtime and bonuses.
