Job Overview: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Laborers and site prep workers assist with general construction tasks including site clean-up, trenching, pipe-laying support, and material handling.

Responsibilities:

Assist crews with manual labor on job sites

Perform site prep tasks: digging, backfilling, compacting, etc.

Operate small tools and assist equipment operators

Maintain clean and safe job sites

Requirements:

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Construction experience a plus but not required

Valid driver’s license required
