About the Role:

Honest Plumbing AZ LLC is looking for hardworking, reliable Laborers to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable plumbing company and build a rewarding career in the trades.

Responsibilities:

Assist plumbers and crew leads with residential and commercial plumbing projects

Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and prepare job sites for plumbing installation

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Support pipe installation, repairs, and other plumbing-related tasks as directed

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed

Requirements:

No prior plumbing experience required — willingness to learn is a must

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Mesa, AZ area

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat

Valid ID and ability to pass a background check preferred
