Labrada Nutrition is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to perform full-cycle A/P functions in compliance with policies and procedures. The AP Specialist will provide dependable, effective, and responsive support; managing vendor correspondence and resolving inquiries for payment.
Job Description
Support the function and goals of the Accounting Department
Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and secure internal approval
Report invoice discrepancies for resolution
Enter authorized invoices in NetSuite for timely payment
Process semiweekly check run
Reconcile vendor statements, researching discrepancies
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
Performs other administrative support duties
Requirements
College degree preferred
3+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
Experience with NetSuite preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full Time
