MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER – LIVE TRANSFERS! – AVOID THE 91 FWY

STOP THE COMMUTE! LADERA LENDING IS LOOKING FOR LOAN OFFICERS IN CORONA, CA!

We are expanding with the same template that has made Ladera Lending one of Orange County’s top direct lending Mortgage Bankers! Finally, a call center environment that provides leads to you and you don’t have to sit on the 91 freeway to get them! We are against traffic if you live in Chino or Anaheim Hills area. We are not looking to hire just anyone - we only want to reward TOP PRODUCERS with this unique opportunity to be closer to home! Hit the ground running with our “plug and play” model. This is NOT a startup! Ladera Lending is already closing 500+ loans per month.

LOAN OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a top producer. We have limited seats in our Corona location and are only looking for experienced closers.

• NMLS licensed and approved in at least 5 states.

• Self-Motivated, hard workers only.

• Be up to date on all loan products currently being offered in the industry.

• Must be able and willing to represent the Ladera Lending “brand” in a professional and ethical manner.

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

PAY: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 PER YEAR
