Job Description

Ladera Lending is looking for a Sr. Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Loan Processor with recent experience in a Consumer Direct lending environment. The position will be responsible for submitting the loan for initial loan decision and working directly with the customer to fulfill all necessary conditions for closing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS-

· Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including income, assets, disclosures, title documentation, credit reports, and other necessary documentation for loan processing

· Run AUS and prepare loan file for submission to Underwriting

· Work with customer to fulfill required customer loan approval conditions

· Maintain complete and accurate loan files

· Coordinate loan closings with Closing Agent

· Keep customer up to date throughout the loan process

EXPERIENCE-

· Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience

· Recent experience using Encompass desired

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal partners- both in written and verbal form

· Strong time management skills and ability to manage pipeline to ensure all SLAs are met

· Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including multi-state lending

Base salary plus bonus
