The sales agents are responsible for helping women take action in their quest for weight loss, body confidence, and other fitness goals through high volume outbound calls. Successful sales agents earn uncapped income while changing ladies lives. Sales agents receive warm leads who have shown interest in LadyBoss products, some of whom have already purchased LadyBoss products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Outbound phone calls to potential clients based off warm leads list
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Follow proven methods for helping women discuss their goals and purchase the products that will help them achieve their goals
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
SKILLS:
Prior phone sales experience in a business to consumer environment.
Coach-ability: open & willing to learn (new) sales techniques
Highly motivated and target driven individual
Learning agility: apply what you learn in real-time to get results
Successfully communicate a persuasive message using a proven sales script.
Effective communication on the phone: active listening, concise & clear verbal communication, and ability to lead clients with confidence
BS/BA degree or equivalent
