As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Lower Elementary Lead Guide (Montessori Teacher) to join our close-knit school community. We welcome both experienced Montessori educators and Assistant Guides preparing for their practicum or certification pathway.

What You’ll Do as a Lower Elementary Montessori Guide
As a Lower Elementary Lead Guide, you will create a prepared Montessori environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a complete Montessori Lower Elementary curriculum (ages 6–9)
Preparing and maintaining a structured, child-centered Montessori classroom environment
Providing individualized Montessori lessons tailored to each child’s developmental stage
Supporting academic, emotional, and social growth through observation and guidance
Integrating outdoor education, nature studies, gardening, and farm-based learning into daily instruction
Tracking and documenting student progress in alignment with Montessori practices
Building strong, respectful partnerships with parents and families
Collaborating with faculty to support a cohesive school culture
Maintaining accurate records and communication aligned with Montessori standards
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000–$65,000+ annually, depending on experience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of elementary teaching experience
MACTE-accredited Montessori Elementary certification (6–9 or 6–12) or active practicum enrollment preferred
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development
Passion for nature-based and experiential learning
