Responsibilities: Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Attend weekly team meetings and MLS tour • Participate in our mentorship program • THIS POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION BASED - PAY IS COMMENSURATE ON SALES EXPERIENCE AND DRIVE Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred An established track record of successful real estate sales Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experienced or new agents welcome to apply • Currently on the path to obtaining a real estate license are welcome to apply Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
