    Temporary Front Office Assistant We're looking for a professional, friendly front office administrative assistant for a minimum of 3 months for a temporary assignment to cover for someone on maternity leave. Law office experience a plus! Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, and assisting in marketing, human resources and at events. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people. Ideally, we'd like the person to start in August. Responsibilities: Order office equipment and supplies as needed Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Answer all incoming calls and process daily mail and facsimiles • Assist office manager with special projects as needed Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Law office experience/knowledge preferred but not required Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
