We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• · Calendar all deadlines, dates, and other events
• · Respond to discovery and work closely with clients to do so
• · Draft and serve discovery requests
• · Schedule and coordinate depositions
• · Draft legal documents
• · Investigate facts
• · Be on top of and closely manage all litigation files
• · Overall support to Attorney

​ Qualifications:

• · 5 years previous experience as a personal injury paralegal
• · Thoroughness, follow-through, and attention to detail
• · Ability to prioritize and multitask
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• · Deadline and detail-oriented
• · Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
• · Fluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken -- is a huge plus
• · Independent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
