This opportunity is located at our Hayden location; working rotating 4-10s where every 4-5 weeks you will have 5 days off in a row! Responsibilities: • Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships • Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems • When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or GED • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
