    POSITION TITLE: Boat Crew

    REPORTING TO: General Manager

    LOCATION: Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruises

    Hagadone Marine Group represents The Hagadone Corporation's nautical business interests in retail boat sales, service, construction, storage, and recreation throughout North Idaho, Spokane, Western Montana and the Inland Northwest. Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruises is an integral part of HMG providing the highest quality cruises and catering events on Lake Coeur d'Alene.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Provide the highest possible level of service to our Guests
    • Ensuring an acceptable appearance and standard of vessel, tools, utensils, and product at all times while maintaining safety and security of passengers and vessel
    • Must have legal qualification to satisfy assigned duties

    Major Duties

    General Administration

    • Understanding and accountability for all regulations associated with position
    • Ability to learn necessary skills for performing assigned duties
    • Appropriately engage Guests upon boarding
    • Enthusiastically promote all sources of revenue generation with applicable knowledge of relevant product
    • Accountable for cash, revenue, applicable sales reports, product inventory

    Ability to work as part of a team

    • Utilize great communication skills with other team members, management, and Guests
    • Appropriately prepare boat for event including stocking product
    • Responsible for dispensing product according to regulations and company policy
    • Able to access all decks and storage areas of the vessel
    • Ability to move all product as necessary
    • Good balance, steadiness and coordination
    • While a uniform is provided, a neat, crisp, professional appearance is essential.
    • Possess an attitude of willingness to overcome all challenges
    • Convey a calm and organized disposition even when busy.

    Schedule Requirements and Physical Demands

    • Able to work an average of 40 hours per week.
    • Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays.
    • Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time.
    • Able to walk on tile, carpet, and up and down stairs
    • .Must be able to work flexible hours.
    • Capacity to work and stand for long periods of time, up to 12 hours per shift
