    Currently, RG is looking to hire a Corporate Project Manager as part of our VIPER (Veteran Immersion Program for Engagement Readiness) initiative. The VIPER initiative is a 12-month developmental program that supports executive level strategic initiatives and prepares the participant for client facing consulting roles. Upon the successful completion of the program, the participant will be deployed on an RG client engagement delivering consulting services.

     

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

    The chosen candidate will play an integral part in managing critical and strategic growth focused initiatives. The candidate will gain exposure to the back-office functions (Operations, Contracts, Sales, Marketing, Etc.) of the business, while helping guide, track and deliver desired results. The candidate will have direct exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and relevant technology.  VIPER participants will be provided internal and external training to help hone project management capabilities.

    Required Skills

    A Specialist is an exempt business professional who performs a wide range of routine clerical, support, or administrative tasks while providing support to employees and/or vendors for business operations.  Specialists may also provide subject matter expertise within a specialized function.  The Corporate Project Manager candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, and able to engage a wide range of people. Their skills must include critical thinking, good listening, oral and written communication, and time management skills. Demonstrated attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision, and good organizational skills are highly beneficial. 

     

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Project management of critical internal growth projects & initiatives
    • Managing and updating project schedules with Lynx (RG proprietary software product)
    • Conducting status meetings and tracking actions/progress
    • Supporting Defense Business Unit financial and contractual reporting
    • Coordinating client touch (visits, leave behinds, etc.)
    • Supporting RG events & campaigns

    Required Experience

    • 4+ years of U.S. military experience within the past 5 years
    • Experience successfully managing projects that include schedules, stakeholders, budget, etc.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel up to 15%
    • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

    • BA/BS Degree
