RLI's Claim Department has an opening for an Intern for Spring/Summer 2020 (10-15 hours/week during the Spring Semester and full time hours during the Summer).

You will assist RLI Claim Department in reviewing claim files in search of information needed for projects related to Medicare reporting and lien processes and Reinsurance notifications. You will have the opportunity to participate in special projects, prepare PowerPoints and reports as needed. This position will expose you to the network of the claims environment.

Required Skills

Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word; excellent communications skills; work well both independently and with others on group projects; organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments; ability to analyze, process, and record various forms of information.

Required Experience

• Sophomore or Junior majoring in Insurance, Business, or Pre-law
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
